WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

Manufacturer : Dream On Me INC; of Piscataway Township, NJ 08854
Hazard: The wire supports on the sides of the bassinets can disconnect causing the fabric sides to lower; posing a risk that infants can fall out or become entrapped and suffocate.
Incidents/Injuries : one injurie reported.
Description: The recall involves Dream On Me Recalls 2 in 1 Bassinet Item 439-A; 439-B; 439-G; 439-P and 439-W.The model number can be found on the mattress pad.
MFG Date: May-2012 to October 2014
Sold at : Amazon. Com , Kohls.Com, Toys R US.COM, Wal-Mart .COM, Wayfair.COM and other online retailers from May-2012 to October 2014 for about $60

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bassinet. Dream on Me is offering a free replacement KIT.
