WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

Manufacturer : Dream On Me INC; of Piscataway Township, NJ
Hazard : The leg or side opening of the chair can allow a child’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck or fall from the chair. This poses a strangulation and fall hazard to young children.
Incidents/Injuries : None reported.
Description: The recall involves Dream On Me Dinah High Chair item numbers 258-B and 258-R. The model number can be found on a white label on the seatback.
MFG Date: 11-2012 and 07-2013
Sold at : Walmart Drop Ship and Amazon Warehouse from December 2012 to December 2013.

Before making the existing seat cover unusable please contact Dream On Me for more information via email or phone.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chairs. Dream on Me is offering a free replacement seat cover. To receive a replacement seat cover, please do the following:
- Make the existing seat cover unusable. Unlock each button of the seat cover from the base of the high chair and use scissors to cut the current seat in half horizontally.
- Email proof of destruction to Dream on Me: Take a picture of the unusable seat cover including the “law tag” and send a copy of the picture electronically to [email protected] or by U.S. mail to Dream on Me Inc., 1532 S Washington Ave, Piscataway Township, NJ 08854. Include your name, address, and telephone number in the email.
- Receive replacement seat cover: Upon receipt of the requested documentation, Dream On Me will ship you your replacement seat cover.

While we do not recommend you use the high chair until you have received and installed the replacement seat cover, if you must use the high chair, it is critical that you use the child restraint (seat belt) strap so your child will not fall or become entrapped.
Please do not attempt to sell, re-sell or donate the recalled high chair before it is repaired, as we don’t want a child to be injured and it is against the law to resell a recalled product.
